Revit Key Value Synchronization

Revit uses the key value to locate keynotes in the file so when a key value is changed it can break the association to Revit elements.

With Keynote Manager Plus, when a key change is made from the keynote palette key value parameters are automatically updated in all open Revit projects.

View Keynotes by use in Project

Keynotes on the Keynote Manager UI designate if they are used in the current model or not and to what level they are used (sheets, tags, or just parameter values). Search tabs can also be set to filter by used or unused keynotes.

Keynote Reporting

Generate a report of keynoted elements in the project to analyze keynote and element usage.  Reports can be sorted and filtered and exported to Excel for further study.

Keynote Watcher

Keynote Watcher looks for changes in the project keynote file.  When the file is changed it is automatically reloaded in Revit if Watcher is on.  Alternately, keynote files can be manually reloaded with a button on the Ribbon that can be assigned a keyboard shortcut.
